About Project: Utilities

I've worked with utilities for a while and I cant help but notice how interesting they mesh with us in our every day life, sometimes blending seamlessly into our surroundings, or as unique and odd structures. I have worked for railroad contractors, water departments and as a general utility locator taking me as far as Japan for work. I've seen all kinds of utilities in all kinds of unique situations and I wanted to bring them here. However I was unable to access the areas I wanted and was told pretty late into my project that the things i had planned on showing could not be shown and the areas i wanted to go could not be accessed because of security and confidentiality concerns. So instead I had to shift to more pedestrian images. I had taken these all along during the semester and some I had from my own personal collection from earlier. So Even though its not what i hoped for its what i have.
